Operator 2-shift

Job description

Als an operator you ensure that production orders are processed correctly on the production line. Materials are cut, drilled or sawed according to work instructions and quality standards. You start in day shifts to get to know the company. Once you are fully trained, you switch to the 2-shift system and receive a 12.5% shift allowance on every hour worked.

What will you do?

• Operating machines correctly during the production process;
• Performing minor maintenance to keep everything running smoothly;
• Keeping accurate records so that the administration is up to date;
• Working according to safety and quality instructions at all times.

Your job happiness (& benefits)

• Gross monthly salary between €2.800 and €3.300 based on a fulltime contract of 40 hours;
• Travel allowance of €0,23 per kilometre commuting distance;

Job requirements

• You have a sufficient command of Dutch or English to understand work instructions and work safely;
• You have experience in a similar operator role;
• You are available for both the morning and afternoon shift.

Company information

This international trading company in Veghel has locations all over the world but the Dutch office operates independently and sells exclusively to Dutch customers. Despite its international scale, the Veghel location feels like a small-scale organisation with short communication lines and an informal working atmosphere.
